KTM has published a little more information on the 125 Duke naked street motorcycle that debuts in the coming months. The 125 Duke will be either manufactured or assembled in India at Bajaj’s Chakan plant and the price is expected to hit the 1 lakh rupee mark.
Earlier, KTM ran a campaign on its Facebook page that encouraged fans to come up with an innovative and descriptive name for the motorcycle. A Russian enthusiast suggested “Avatar” which was bestowed to the concept bike. The production model will stick to KTM’s “Duke” naming convention.

The KTM 125 Duke will have increased power output for the Indian market and will later be joined by higher displacement engines.
I’m sure you’ll be the eyeball magnet at traffic lights or any other place if you’re on the 125 Duke. But the big question is – With what price tag will the eyeball magnet come with?
