Bajaj sells 50,000 units of Pulsar 135 LS in just 75 days of its launch
The light weight sports bike from Bajaj, known as Pulsar 135 LS(LS stands for Light Sports) has been doing great in terms of sales since the time of its launch.
More than 50,000 Pulsar 135 LS have been sold in its first 75 days which is a new benchmark for any bike from its category till date in our country!
The Pulsar 135 LS comes with great technology and features like 4 valve DTS-i engine, the first in its kind from an Indian bike manufacturer, capable of delivering 13.5ps of power. With sporty looks and features like aluminium clip-on handle bars, split seat and a light kerb weight of only 122 kg makes this bike a powerful and stylish package in this category.
The bike has an awesome Power-to-Weight ratio of 110.6 Ps/tonne which is better than the 150cc bikes like Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme, Honda Unicorn and Yamaha FZ-16 to name a few. Thelow weight of the bike ensures that the 13.5 ps of power is not wasted and is optimally utilized.
The bike has got a good response not only from the public but also from the bike experts and specialists and have also won a few awards till date.
The Pulsar 135 LS comes with a price tag of Rs. 51,000 ex-showroom Delhi and is available in two colors of Passion Red and Midnight Black.

well it seems to me that pulsar designer do get inspired(copy) with designs but are pretty premature to put a rear mudguard exactly same as front but painted black to hide that fact! there are other ways of doing it but never done?
