Suzuki has sent us an preliminary invitation for a press conference in Delhi on August 25. This isn’t a formal invitation but a notice to keep ourselves free on the 25th.
It says “SMIPL will be holding a press conference in Delhi on 25th August 2010 (Wednesday) for an important announcement. ”
Suzuki will send us a formal invitation shortly containing more details of the event which clarify if this is a new product launch or otherwise.
Suzuki launched the Gixxer in the India back in June. It has spoken about new motorcycles over the next few years. Besides the imports, Suzuki sells bikes like Heat, Zeus, GS150R and Access 125 scooter.
