Bajaj finally have launched the much-hyped naked version of their Pulsar 220 dubbed 220 S. As we have already mentioned in our earlier posts that this motorcycle has the fairing of the discontinued Pulsar 200 and the mechanicals of the carburetted Pulsar 220. In other words you can call it an upgraded Pulsar 200. All the features have been borrowed from the 2009 Pulsar 220 except for the exhaust canister which looks somewhat similar to that of the P200. With the quarter fairing removed from the P220 this new Street Fighter version will weigh a few kilos lighter than faired P220. This slight reduction in weight will result in a marginally better handling and maneuvering capabilities.
