Vibgyor motorcycles have bikes starting from 100cc to 150cc and have plans for a 200cc bike as well
Two wheeler manufacturer Vibgyor vehicles is planning to setup a second manufacturing plant at Dankuni, West Bengal. The company has three motorcycle models as of now starting from a 100cc Gallop followed by a 125cc Hunter and a 150cc Shark.
The existing manufacturing unit of the company is at Dhulagori near Hawrah. The company is planning to invest around Rs 100 crore in both of it manufacturing units.
Depending upon the demand the company would be working on expanding its assembly units in other parts of the country and also double its production capacity to 30,000 units per month from 15,000 units per month. Strengthening the dealership network is also one of the focus areas of the company
Apart from expanding its production capacity the company has some nice plans for the future where it will be launching utility scooters and even high capacity bikes in the range of 200cc.
I have seen these bikes at the 2010 Auto Expo where they were launched by the cricketer Saurav Ganguly. I had a word with one of its officials present there. Looking at these bikes, they looked impressive and they might turn out to be value for money products in the days to come.
