The Four stroke version of the TVS Max is expected soon
TVS Motors in order to further strengthen their grip in the entry level segment is planning to relaunch Max R.
The two stroke version TVS Max was taken away from the production about 3 years ago due to its failure of meeting the strict emission norms therefore TVS is planning to relaunch this bike in a 4 stroke version this time.
The bike is expected to be in the market by May 2010 and will be called TVZ Max4-R. The Max4-R will be targeted at those customers who want a rough n tough bike for carrying heavy loads and thereby making it best for the rural markets.
The TVS Max4-R will have a 110 cc engine which has been taken from the TVS Jive, the auto clutch bike and will cost around Rs. 35,000.
