If you love VW, and dreamed of owning one and showing it off to your friends and girls at the pub, I’d suggest you either work hard to generate the necessary money to procure the relatively inexpensive Polo, or rob a bank and drive home a VW Passat. Drive it (like you stole it, as you’ll be brought to book sooner or later) and spend the rest of days recollecting and sharing memories in a prison with fellow inmates.
What me and every other VW fan would be hell bent on what not to do is buying a Yamaha and slapping a VW logo on to it. If the bloke who came up with this, garnered the motorcycle with Fiat logos, I would have forgiven him based on the Fiat-Yamaha-Valentino Rossi connection. The above however, cannot be forgiven or forgotten.
The VW Passat is already reeling under the effect of the similar-yet-cheaper Skoda Superb, and has lost out on sales globally. These photographs will add insult to injury.
Shouldn’t the Indian judicial council review this act and enforce rules to forbid such activities in the future?
Thanks for images Suraj!

VW – Yamaha? boys lets do some engine modification but not like this, with plain sticker job (never and ever attempt to do this this will spoil your bike image)
Hahaha!!
Something similar happened in our college.
VW was recruiting people and we got the news. When asked what was the job profile, someone said “VW is opening a 2 wheeler division and needs engineers”.
Later it turned out that VW actually wanted people for some Motorsports activity. (has to be “Polo Cup”.)
